SYNOPSIS
Jaswinder goes to the USA promising his parents that he will return soon and marry a girl of their choice, but after he reaches there he falls in love with an American girl Shannon and forgets all about the promise he made back home. But his father orders him to come back to India and forcibly get him married off to Richa. Jaswinder then flees back to US to continue his affair with Shannon. Everything goes haywire when Jaswinder's father comes to US alongwith his daughter-in-law. Jaswinder is caught between his love and his wife.


QUEER NOTES
Phool Singh is a transvestite who runs away to the U.S. to fulfill his queer desires and christens himself as Flower who is a flamboyant campy drag queen living in a colorful bordello. The actor says "It is a different and challenging role, something that I have never done. We don't find many such characters in India but they are common in the U.S. and I learnt about the character by watching many Hollywood movies."
